Students only need to complete one application for enrolment to select their learning pathway/s of interest, which can include:
- Years 5-12 full-time school program
- VCE part-time program (Years 11-12)
- VCE single subjects (Years 10-12, VIC residents only)
Your learning pathway journey
- Complete an online application for enrolment for each child you wish to enrol to join the waitlist. If you would like to hear about new learning pathways that are yet to be released, please complete the enquiry form.
- Enrolments for learning pathways with a close commencement date will begin soon after an Application for Enrolment is received. If you are applying for a future year of enrolment, processing and confirmation of enrolments will commence 6 to 12 months before the start of the school year. Haileybury Pangea’s Admissions & Course Advisor will contact families who are next on the waitlist to commence the enrolment process. Some learning pathways have a minimum student enrolment threshold to progress which means that enrolments may take place closer to commencement.
- For most learning pathways, students will be required to undertake testing and an interview for entry into the school. This testing is delivered online and assists our team in confirming the appropriate learning pathway for the student. For entry into senior year levels (Years 10, 11 and 12), students may be required to complete additional subject-based testing as part of the enrolment process into Haileybury Pangea.
- You will be sent documentation to accept a place at Haileybury Pangea if an offer is made. Haileybury Pangea reserves the right not to make an offer.
- Enrolment into Haileybury Pangea's full-time program (Years 5-12) requires payment of an enrolment fee and OHA membership fee, payable when accepting an offer.
